The 66th Basic Bean-Jam Making Class took place on Wednesday, March 12, at the Kajiwara Customer Center. Following a comprehensive lesson on bean paste theory, attendees engaged in hands-on practice crafting koshian (sweet bean paste). They utilized a compact, automated bean paste production line, a hybrid bean paste kneading machine employing electromagnetic steam, and an automated granulated bean paste unit, all located within the testing facility on the ground floor.
