History of KAJIWARA
Aiming to be a 100-year enterprise
Since 1939, Kajiwara has been operating in Tokyo,
where it developed a unique Japanese heating and stirring machine that mixes ingredients without burning them.
Since then, the company’s equipment has been utilized by food and confectionery manufacturers
at a wide variety of food production sites.

1939 | ●Founding of Kajiwara Kogyosho, Yasuo Kajiwara, proprietor. Founded by husband and wife |
1948 | ●Restructured as Kajiwara Kogyo Joint-Stock Company, Representated By Yasuo Kajiwara.

1960 | ●‘K-2 Type Mixing Cooker’ completed. “K-2 Type Mixing Cooker” |
1963 | ●New type of “SEIAN Machine” completed. |
1964 | ●Minorikawa prize for invention & Ministry of international trade and industry award ●Restructured into Kajiwara Kogyo Co. Ltd.(Yasuo Kajiwara, President and Representative Director) |
1966 | ●Completion of the horizontal cooking and stirring machine “Reokneader KH”.“Reokneader KH”. |
1967 | ●Tokuji Kajiwara appointed President and CEO |
1969 | ●Saitama factory completed in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture established
Kappabashi Showroom completed. Saitama Factory completed. |
1970 | ●Osaka sales office opened in Nishi-ku, Osaka. ●Completion of “ReoMixer” |
1971 | ●Kitchen Equipment Division opened on the site of the Kappabashi showroom. |

1975 | ●Establishment of laboratory for basic research ●Fukuoka Sales Office (now Fukuoka Office) established in Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. |
1977 | ●Spun off the Kitchen Equipment Division and established Kajiwara Kitchen Supply Inc. |
1978 | ●Completion of Osaka Kajiwara Building, relocation of Osaka Sales Office (now Osaka Office). ●”Automatic Bean Cooker KAB” completed. ●Yashio Plant completed in Yashio, Saitama. |
