●Specially formed blades on two shafts (one is rotating and the another is planetarily moving) mix salad materials and dressings swiftly.
●All stainless-steel made mixer is designed sanitary and oil leak proof.
●The most relevant mixing speed is available by stepless speed change motor.

●Unique paddles will mix the inside of rotating bowl from edge to center, by which product will be turned over quickly. It is especially suitable for mixing and keeping the shape of materials.
●The Kettle of steam jacketed is also available, and heat sterilization of the bowl after mixing keeps itself sanitary and germfree.
●The most relevant mixing speed is available by stepless speed change motor.
