The customer center features a user test room where customers can bring their own ingredients for testing.
This room serves to verify the functionality and suitability of KAJIWARA products.
Additionally, a variety of seminars on a regular basis are held
which include Machine Maintenance Classes, Hazard Prevention Experiential Class and Bean-Jam Making Class.

Customers can bring their own ingredients to test Kajiwara products in a hygienic environment. We have three test chambers available to accommodate different scents and other characteristics of the ingredients. Our personnel are on hand to assist you during the testing process, which can be recorded to capture temperature, time, and mass data. Based on the test results, we will discuss the appropriate model, additional functions, and process improvements to confirm the functionality of the Kajiwara machine. We look forward to your visit for machine selection and functional verification. (Testing is generally free of charge, though disposal and other costs will be charged separately.)

Main equipment in the test room

  • There are around 40 food processing and confectionery machines available, spanning from small machines with a can volume of 12 litres to larger ones with a can volume of 600 litres.
  • Food processing and confectionery machinery and various attachments.
  • Various utilities such as electricity, steam, gas, air, chiller water and water purification
  • Vacuum coolers, refrigeration and freezing equipment, various cooking utensils and inspection equipment.
  • Air purification systems that remove dust and dirt above 0.5 µ
  • Equipment for automatic collection of various types of data on food processing processes.
  • Model air conditioning and drainage systems for food plants.

Test Contents

Evaluation of food properties Heating and stirring processes ensure that mixing is uniform, cooking is even without any irregularities, each batch remains stable, and unwanted substances like scum and burnt bits are eliminated. It also aids in water evaporation for concentration, flavor infusion through vacuum, and controlling bacteria. These processes are also used for conducting scale-up tests, confirming time, maintaining desired shape and color, and assessing the effects of roasting, frying, and boiling. Additionally, they facilitate cooling, straining, and dehydration.
