Tokyo Factory

Developing and manufacturing safe and secure machines

The Tokyo Factory is located in Mashimori Industrial Park, Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
It houses the manufacturing, development, design and administration departments.
Kajiwara’s manufactures machines on a build-to-order basis.
We develop and manufacture safe and reliable machines at our Tokyo factory,
which has state-of-the-art equipment and a sanitary environment under ISO 9001:2015 and TPM management systems.

PROCESS

設計室

01 Manufacturing Instructions:

After reviewing the details of the order specification sheet, the sales department issues manufacturing instructions to the factory.

02 Design:

We tailor the design of each product to meet the unique machine use requirements of each customer.

機械加工

03 Parts Procurement:

We acquire approximately 10,000 different steel materials and parts, and we also maintain an inventory of parts for maintenance.

04 Machine Processing:

We use machining, lathes, and boring machines to cut steel materials and produce parts.

組立

05 Kettle Making:

Steel is cut, bent, and welded to produce kettles and blades. Heated vessels undergo pressure test certification to ensure quality.

電機・電装

06 Polishing:

Surface treatment of the finished parts is performed through grinding, a distinctive process in food machinery production.

07 Assembly:

Procured and processed parts are assembled using specialized tools and jigs.

08 Electrical Installation:

Assembling machine controls and ensuring they operate according to specifications.

出荷前検査

09 Pre-shipment Inspection:

The finished machine undergoes a thorough check for operation and is finalized according to our in-house inspection criteria.
