We host a one-day introductory course on bean-jam making tailored for the successors and young technicians of our customers who utilize our products. Led by a full-time engineer, the course commences in the morning at the auditorium on the 4th floor, where participants delve into the theory and fundamentals of bean-jam production. Following this, the afternoon session takes place in the test room, where attendees engage in hands-on bean-jam making and kneading using Kajiwara products.

Half-day machine maintenance classes (afternoon) are held for customers who use our products (Target models: Reokneaders and Cooking Mixers). Our employees act as instructors and teach the structure of the machines, preventive maintenance and repair methods in the auditorium on the 4th floor, followed by actual repair work on the actual machines.

We conduct Hazard Prevention Physical Experience Classrooms for customers utilizing our products. Participants first attend a classroom lecture to grasp the fundamentals of safety points and risk assessment for ensuring safe machine operation. Following this, they engage in hands-on experience sessions where they simulate entanglement and other potential hazards on real machines.
