FEATURES

01 Better work efficiency

●Height for loading ingredients is approx. 2/3 of conventional machines, which is the height that can be easily used by an operator.
●High product unloading position means that an operator does not have to stoop during unloading. This minimizes any stretching work that an operator would have to do, which in turn prevents the occurrence of back pain.
●Ingredients can be unloaded with the vessel (plastic barrel = 75L) remaining on the cart.
●When the kettle is tilted to the maximum, an operator can reach all the way to the bottom of the kettle and this makes it much easier to clean.

Various type of bean paste, Jelly, Jam, Marmalade, Custard cream, Fondant, Filling, Stew, Roux, Various Japanese dishes (Tsukudani, Denbu, Kinpira), Cream croquette, Peanut cream, Sauce, Soup, etc.
