01 Capable of quick internal kettle cooling by pressure reduction

●Reducing the kettle internal pressure after heating cools down the product by heat of vaporization, which prevents the food from getting burnt or degraded. We also manufacture vacuum concentrator to meet special specifications.
●Removing air bubbles within the product condenses the food texture, which smooths the taste and maintains stable coloring.

02Prevent food spoilage due to bacterial contamination

●Operating in a hermetically sealed condition prevents bacterial contamination and food spoilage due to airborne microbes, etc.

Various type of bean paste, Jelly, Jam, Marmalade, Custard cream, Fondant, Filling, Stew, Roux, Various Japanese dishes (Tsukudani, Denbu, Kinpira), Cream croquette, Peanut cream, Sauce, Soup, etc.
