Continuous Automated SEIAN Line, TSUBUAN Unit

Uses the same boiling method as rice to make delicious Bean Jam.

The CAS line cooks the bean jam with the flavour of the beans by boiling the beans in the cooking liquid,
allowing its flavours to remain inside the bean instead of releasing into the water.
The CAT fully automates bean stewing, soaking and bean jam kneading in a single machine.
The beans are cooked to a sufficient level of flavour while the astringency is sufficiently removed,
and the bean jam is finished without cracking.
